Say goodbye to life in the city and hello to the country life in this stunning 18-month-old Freedom Home on the edge of the picturesque township of Stroud. The homestead presents like something out of an interior design magazine, elegantly styled and picture perfect.
A real credit to the owners is the attention to detail found throughout the entire property from the 100 year old recycled flooded gum timber bench tops to the pure wool carpet from New Zealand to the whitewashed Austral bricks that showcase in the fireplace.
Carefully crafted and well thought out with nothing missed including the aspect of the home which finds the northern sun a real feature coming through large windows in the master bedroom and living area.
Sophisticated and spacious, the home offers a fresh colour palette and floating timber floors through the traffic areas in addition to boasting all the comforts of modern living including an open plan layout, ducted air conditioning and ducted vacuuming.
The light filled master suite comes complete with a walk-in, ceiling fan and direct access to the luxurious bathroom with the other 2 bedrooms featuring built in wardrobes, plush carpet, and ceiling fans. A spacious internal laundry provides you with an abundance of additional storage and there is an additional separate toilet.
Moving through the home you are sure to be impressed by the cathedral style ceilings and amount of natural light flowing into the combined living and dining area. This then flows onto the kitchen which provides ample storage and bench space including the island bench which doubles as a breakfast bar, Falcon oven which comes in handy when cooking for large groups and even a butler's pantry.
Stepping outside the pat on the back continues for the owners and you won't know where to look first. Whether it's the inground Narellan pool that is the perfect place to be on those hot summer days or the impressive vegetable garden for those with a green thumb or even the 6m x 16m lined and insulated garage with 3 phase power which has the option to be converted into additional accommodation - there sure is something for everyone.
The 1.8 Acre property is securely fenced with an eye catching post and rail across the front and mesh fencing on the side and back boundaries.
If this isn't enough, there is still more with the all-weather driveway complete with brick edging, 3 bay carport attached to the home, 8m x 6m 'Fair Dinkum' shed and 150,000L Pioneer rainwater tank.
Uniquely positioned with stunning rural surroundings off the main road and not within an estate, you also have the option to ensure you have no neighbours as we have the adjoining lots (5 & 8) totalling just under 2 acres being offered by way of expressions of interest with a guide of $450,000 - $495,000.
